They've seen both my cats now and both were treated like absolute superstars. They let the cats walk around and be treated/examined where they're comfortable in the room (for Albie that was the floor having his belly rubbed!). This little thing makes such a huge difference to their comfort. Even sat in the waiting room waiting to collect after surgery I could hear through the wall the nurses fussing and talking to my cat.
