Clinic Coordinator
We are looking for an engaging, motivated team player who enjoys being organised, working within a team and taking the initiative. Financial, administrative, operational and organisational experience is required. All training will be provided. Great communication skills and a positive attitude is essential!

Responsibilities:
-
Oversee day-to-day practice operations to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

Provide effective HR management to engage, motivate and develop our hard working team of vets, nurses and client care providers.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for team members.

Financial duties to include payment of invoices, close liaison with our bookkeeper, debt management and health plan management.

Develop and manage practice protocols and procedures to ensure quality and consistency across services.

Handle client queries, complaints and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.

Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

Play a role in Health and Safety compliance (we use a third party to ensure regulations are met).

Organise the maintenance and management of the premises.

Develop and manage social media and online presence for the practice.

Conduct regular audits of practice procedures and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

Oversee digital record-keeping, scheduling, and client communication systems.
Role details:

This is a part time role, between 20-30 hours a week in clinic
-
Salary FTE £30,000-£36,000
-
Monday to Friday, flexible on hours and days
