Clinic Coordinator

We are looking for an engaging, motivated team player who enjoys being organised, working within a team and taking the initiative. Financial, administrative, operational and organisational experience is required. All training will be provided. Great communication skills and a positive attitude is essential!

  • Knowledge of veterinary regulations and industry standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day practice operations to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

  • Provide effective HR management to engage, motivate and develop our hard working team of vets, nurses and client care providers.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for team members.

  • Financial duties to include payment of invoices, close liaison with our bookkeeper, debt management and health plan management.

  • Develop and manage practice protocols and procedures to ensure quality and consistency across services.

  • Handle client queries, complaints and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

  • Play a role in Health and Safety compliance (we use a third party to ensure regulations are met).

  • Organise the maintenance and management of the premises.

  • Develop and manage social media and online presence for the practice.

  • Conduct regular audits of practice procedures and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

  • Oversee digital record-keeping, scheduling, and client communication systems.

Role details:
  • This is a part time role, between 20-30 hours a week in clinic

  • Salary FTE £30,000-£36,000

  • Monday to Friday, flexible on hours and days
